I. MANAGER (PRODUCTION)

We are looking for experienced Production Manager with in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes in light engineering works, sheet metal machinery.

Qualification:

• Must be BTech / PG Mechanical engg with 10 + years of experience
• Should have experience in manufacture of Sheet metal components, parts, processes.
• Exposure in Laser cut, CNC metal working machinery is desirable.

 

Skills:

• Ability to interact and handle team of workers/engineers in production,
• Efficient utilization of men, material, and machine tools.
• Must have exposure in Machine tool maintenance
• Knowledge in selection of tools, jigs and fixtures, and other mechanically functioning equipment.
• Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
• Establish and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships - Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
• Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.

 

Responsibility:

• Report and Interact with management on day to day activities
• Perform / guide personnel such as workers, technicians, or other engineers.
• Oversee the production process, and operations.
• Plan and draw up production schedules,
• Coordinate with sales teams to understand customer application requirement
• Will be taking care of Production, Quality, Planning, Manpower handling, Cost saving

II. Production Engineer (fabrication)

Qualification & experience

• BE/DME in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 - 5 years of experience as Production Engineer in Sheet Metal /Fabrication industry.
• Should have worked on Laser cut/ CNC press brakes

 

Job Profile:

• Coordinate with technicians/operators and provide support to teams and maintain quality of processes
• Communication with supervisors, managers and ensure and resolve all issues for processes.
• Plan materials for products and ensure optimal utilization of all resources
• Assist production manager and prepare reports on regular basis
• Manage and reconcile work orders with help of customers
• Analyze root causes for all fabrication issues and resolve and implement
• Maintain quality for fabrication and perform inspection
• Provide support to maintenance programs.
• Computer programming (CNC)

 

Skills:

• Demonstrate knowledge in sheet metal practices and methods, workplace safety.
• knowledge of metals and their properties
• understanding of safety procedures
• technical skills for drawing and interpreting plans
• Should be familiar with rolling, cutting, grinding, bending, and drilling machine operations.
• Read and interpret drawings, engineering specifications, shop orders to determine machine setup, production methods and sequence of operations
• Knowledge in Use of CAM / CAD programs

 

 

III. LASER MACHINE OPERATOR

Experienced Laser cutting machine operators to set up, operate CNC laser cutting machines.

Qualification and Experience

• Two or more years’ experience operating CNC CO2 laser and/or CNC cutting machines.
• ITI/ diploma / short-course technical certification or accreditation.

 

Should have working knowledge in:

• Computer programming (CNC)
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Quality Assurance and Record keeping
• Perform typical laser cutting operations
• Perform all dimensional inspections.

 

Job Description:

• Knowledge/use of appropriate tools to keep machines in operation
• detail; adherence to standards of quality and safety
• To organize and complete works according to timelines
• Plan the sequences of operation to achieve optimal precision and tolerances
• Carry maintenance of machines

 

Skills:

• Use of precision measuring equipment such as a caliper, a micrometer, and a measuring gauge.
• Interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances
• Use CAM software as part of the manufacturing processes of work pieces
• Read standard drawings, and process drawings
• Preventative Maintenance ,Troubleshooting/Problem Solving

Work schedule: Should work in shifts if required as per company policy.

 

 

IV. CNC Press Brake (Bending Machine) Operator

The Bending Operator shall have experience to manufacture machine-formed products/parts in accordance with the work orders issued/drawings.

Qualification &Experience:

• Diploma/ITI or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 or more years’ experience as a Bending machine operator in metal manufacturing industry.

 

Responsibilities:

• Measures and inspects parts using machine shop measuring tools per supplied customer drawings.
• Resolves machine malfunctions and discusses with the supervisor or programmer
• Performs preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Meets production goals.
• Measures and checks the product to ensure that it satisfies quality requirements

 

Skills

• Able to follow and understand instructions
• Ability to read, understand, and follow drawings/documents/specifications
• Monitor and maintain quality
• Able to detect faults and resolve.
• Carry maintenance of Machines
• Knowledge of machines, uses, repair and maintenance.

V. Machine Operator

We are looking for skilled Machine Operators to set up, maintain and operate sheet metal working / workshop machinery.

Qualification:

• ITI/ equivalent
2-5 years’ experience working in sheet metal working machinery

 

Job description:

• Capable of working on bending, cutting, drilling, shearing machines.
• Carry maintenance of Machines
• Measures and checks the product to ensure that it satisfies quality requirements

 

Responsibilities

• Check parts with precision and measuring tools
• Fix issues that might occur during production process
• Maintain activity logs
• Working knowledge of machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
• Understanding of production procedures
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, schematics and manuals

VI. Sales Executive/ Sales Engineer for Welding Electrode sales

Candidate should be Degree /Diploma in mechanical engineering / MBA/PG diploma in marketing having.

• Freshers or 2-10 years’ experience in industrial Sales / Marketing in welding consumables / industrial products is desirable
• Good working knowledge of different type of industries and products requirement.
• Good written and verbal communications skills including presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office , Excel, Word, PPT
• Business development experience, Selling & supporting customers and distributors.
• Hands-on experience in selling and application of electrodes

 

Job Description :

• Work closely with customers and appoint new distributors to promote welding electrode products
• Product recommendations, applications, and field trial support.
• Shall be able to launch new products in assigned area, to launch new types and achieve the sales target.
• Business reviews, monthly progress reports, distributors support to achieve sales targets.
• Sales, Retail, Business Development
• Handling sales in assigned territory and maintaining business with current customers.
• Reviewing new enquiries and providing product quotes as required.
• Constantly updating customers on up-to-date status of services, pricing and new product release launches.
• Generating, meeting and developing new prospects that turn into sales orders close all opportunities in timely manner.
• Giving Demonstrations at Customer end.
• Respond to quality problems & provide technical and commercial support for Sales maximization.

 

 

VII. MECHANICAL ENGINEERS

Qualification: PG/ Degree/Diploma in Mechanical /Production engineering.

Experience: 2-5 years’ in Telecom/Electronic/electrical/mechanical manufacturing industry.

Job profile:

• Design, development & Engineering, Vendor development, subcontracting, sourcing, Vendor Coordination, Techno Commercial functions, product indigenization
• Abilities in managing Engineering functions, product lifecycle activities in compliance to relevant product quality standards, conceptualization, modelling, drafting, process inspection, cost management, manufacturing
• Finalizing BOM, parts specifications, verification & validation, and other relevant documents for production process
  • Developing conceptual design drawings & technical specifications; generating computer aided design, 3D/2D models;
  • Conducting functional & reliability tests/ inspection on various product samples and initiating relevant action for enhancing functions of product; ensuring high quality of all components made and making improvements for achieving better quality
• Generating Drawings & fabrication drawings using CAD/CAM tools like Solid Works, AutoCAD
• Coordinate with sales teams to understand customer application requirement and recommend most optimum engineering solutions through appropriate design calculations

Proficiency in Soft skills:

• Solid Works: Sketcher, Part Modelling, Sheet Metal, Assembly, Drafting & Detailing

VIII. MIG WIRE PLANT OPERATOR

Job Description :

We are looking for operator for MIG (Co2) welding wire manufacture plant to work in 12 hrs shift basis. The operator shall have a min of 5 years' experience in operation of MIG(CO2) production line comprising wire drawing, copper coating, winding and spooling with precision layer winding machine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set-up and maintain wire drawing machines according to production schedule and quality standards.
• Load wire coils on to drawing machine payoffs.
• Operate and run machine to produce a finished product.
• Select die sizes and plans sequence of operations
• Perform quality inspections on regular basis throughout shift.
• Perform periodic machine maintenance and other duties as requested.
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts
• Precision Layer winding experience essential
• Polishes die bores by lapping applying diamond compound
• Inspects die for defects such as cracks, scratches
• Measuring wire rod using microscope to conformance to wire finish size.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices
• Maintain good safety practices.
• Must have excellent attendance and work record
